CLASS/WORKSHOP REFUND POLICY: No refunds will be given for classes or workshops without 7 days notice before the start date of the class and are subject to a 15% cancellation fee if done before. Any cancellations during a session are not eligible for a refund. Before the start of the class/workshop students may transfer the class/workshop to someone else any time before the start of the class/workshop. One can also choose a different class/workshop to switch into with 7 days notice of the start of the class/workshop, only if there is an opening to transfer into. This can only be done once. Price difference needs to be considered. Credit can also be held up to 6 months within the 7 day notice. 
All classes and workshops are also subject to cancellation due to low enrollment. In this case you will be notified and a full refund will be given.

MAKE UP POLICY FOR CLASSES: I cannot prorate the fee if you are going to miss a class however I will try my best to workout time for make up if possible. This will apply to no more than 2 classes missed. This will not extend past the 8 week duration of the class.

SNOW DAY POLICY: You will be notified via email if classes or workshops are cancelled. There will also be a banner on the home page of the studio website stating if I closed the studio. Options will be given via email for the missed class or workshop if possible when you are notified of closure. If you chose to not come to a class or a workshop based on the weather but the studio is still open you will not be refunded or pro-rated.
